To perform a Home Check a site inspection from our Home Inspectors is required. During the site visit our Home Inspectors will execute mostly visual inspection, ask the owner some questions, get some measurements, take photographs, measuring moistures and desk study.
No, unfortunately we cannot give you the market value of the house or flat. But we can direct you to a fellow certified valuer.
If a Home Check report finds any unsafe materials or costly cosmetic defects, a buyer can decide not to proceed with the home purchase, renegotiate the sale price, or ask the homeowner to make repairs in order to keep the contract intact.

This is a pre-paid service. Therefore, a payment link will be sent to the client for payment prior to arranging the site visit.
Normally a Home Check report at a house or a flat with an area of 200sq.m should take about 48hours.

Yes. However, if there is no safe access or if the door of the roof is locked and we do not have any keys we cannot pursue with the roof check.

No, the Home Check can be done on new buildings as well.
The Home Check report is meant to be used only for the present condition of the property. However if there is nothing changed on the property then you can assume that part of the Home Check report is correct.

Only the customer. So if the customer is the buyer, then only the buyer will see the report. However, the customer can share the report with anyone he wants.

No. Our team will ask the customer the information of the property’s owner or operator, so that somebody will be available to open the door and allow the Home Inspectors to perform the Home Check.
