Standard Home Check
This is the simple survey and the associated site visit will normally take for one hour for a common house. The Standard Home Check is comprised of a site visit, a desk study and a preparation of a report that contains all of the findings to identify and document any problems in a property that could cause damage and need for future repairs.
Premium Home Check
This is an in-depth survey and the associated site visit will normally take for one hour for a common house. The Premium Home Check is comprised of a site visit, a desk study and a preparation of a report that contains all of the findings to identify and document any problems in a property that could cause damage and need for future repairs. What is more in Premium Home Check report, is that in there will be available additional information related to the property such as geological conditions and threats, flood risk, title deed check, recommended further actions etc.
