WHAT IS A HOME CHECK

The Home Check experience is consisted of three different services, the Home Inspection, the Report Preparation and the follow up call. At first, a simple home inspection will take place where the inspector observes and reports on the existing condition of a property. The Home Inspector will assess the property’s condition, including its heating and cooling systems, plumbing, electrical work, water, and sewage, as well as some fire and safety issues. In addition, the Home Inspector will look for evidence of insect, water, fire damage, or any other issue that may affect the property’s value. Normally, a home buyer arranges and pays for a Home Check and depending on its findings may choose to move on to closing, renegotiate the sale price, request repairs, or cancel the sales contract.

A Home Check can tell a homebuyer a lot about a newly constructed home or an existing house and save them money and aggravation. For sellers, meanwhile, having an inspection done before putting their home on the market can afford them the chance to make structural repairs or upgrade and replace systems that may increase the likelihood of a sale.

Home Inspection

At the first communication with our team, we will arrange a Home Inspection at the property. If the customer is the buyer, he will need to leave the contact details of the property’s owner or operator. During the Home Inspection, our team of Home Inspectors will have a checklist to check throughout a thorough walkthrough within the property. The Home Inspection may an hour or more time to be completed and the property’s owner or operator will be informed from before. The Home Inspectors will perform only Non Destructive testing methods including visual inspections, taking photos, taking notes, asking questions the property’s owner or operator, requesting relevant documentation and licenses.

Report

After the completion of the Home Inspection, our team will complete the Home Check Report and send it electronically to the customer in confidence. However, the customer can share the Home Check Report with anyone he wants. The report can give the customer many information related to the property which will lead to a better analysis and will dynamically assist to the buying decision process. The report will include the completed checklist, photos, the advantages and disadvantages of the property and many other information. The report is written in a simple language so that there is an easy undestanding. It is very important to understand that the report states the physical and systems condition of the property for the day of the site visit. The report is not valid after a few days of Home Check site visit.

Follow-up call

After the submission of the Home Check report, a Home Check team member will call the customer to make sure that the report has been received and that there are no questions unanswered.
