WHAT TO EXPECT
Listed below are illustrated a few actions the homeowners should expect from the Inspectors during a Home Check Inspection:
- Open and lock doors,
- Turn on lights,
- Use all or some of the electrical sockets ,
- Open and close all or some cabinets of the kitchen,
- Ask some questions about the property age, materials, heating systems, licenses, drawings etc.,
- Turn on the tap and the shower, Test hot and cold water from tap and shower,
- Turn on the electrical devices,
- Access the roof,
- Walkthrough all the rooms,
- Flush the toilets,
- Check the pipes beneath the washbasin,
- Open wardrobes,
- Take some pictures
